The Board of Technical Education has decided to make several changes in the Scheme of the Polytechnic Course. These changes were applied from July 2019. BTEUP also made changes in the Syllabus of Diploma Courses.

Under New Exam Scheme, Semester System will apply. This System will be applicable to 58 Courses out of 60 Courses. While for Pharmacy & Industrial Courses, Semester System will not apply due to Some Technical Reasons. BTEUP Syllabus has been reconstructed for Polytechnic Courses.

This Decision has taken so that Tough Subjects became easy. As many candidates got failed in the First Year, so BTEUP decided to change the game by changing the Exam Scheme. So Subjects in First-Year like Mathematics, Physics & Chemistry will become easy.
