1. Introduction and Binding Agreement

Welcome to KAMALDNP (accessible at www.kamaldnp.com). These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ('User', 'Student', 'You'), and KAMALDNP ('We', 'Us', 'Our'), concerning your access to and use of the www.kamaldnp.com website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website, or application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto. KAMALDNP was established with the vision of providing top-tier technical and academic education. The platform is proudly spearheaded by our Founder, Raj Kamal, and our Co-Founder, Er. Abhay Raj Maurya.

By registering an account, enrolling in a course (free or paid), purchasing materials, or using our prediction services, you agree that you have read, understood, and are bound by all of these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with all of these terms, then you are expressly prohibited from using the platform and you must discontinue use immediately.

2. Comprehensive Description of Educational Services

KAMALDNP operates as a hybrid Learning Management System (LMS) providing both online virtual classes and offline physical classroom programs. Our fundamental goal is to teach complex subjects in an extremely easy-to-understand language. To cater to a diverse student base, our courses are instructed in a highly accessible mix of Hindi and English languages.

Alongside video lectures and live classes, KAMALDNP provides extensive study materials. This includes Digital PDF books that can be downloaded or viewed on the platform, as well as Physical Books that are dispatched and delivered directly to the student's registered address. Upon the successful completion of specific programs, we issue valid Certificates of Completion. Depending on the course structure and user preference, these certificates may be delivered digitally (via email) or physically (printed and couriered to your home).

3. Free Courses, Paid Courses, and Taxation (18% GST)

KAMALDNP is committed to accessible education, which is why a selection of our introductory courses, tutorials, and materials are offered completely free of charge. However, our premium masterclasses, intensive bootcamps, and specialized certification programs are paid courses. By enrolling in a paid course, you agree to pay the fees specified at checkout.

Tax Applicability: Please be fully aware that KAMALDNP strictly adheres to the taxation laws of the Government of India. Therefore, an 18% Goods and Services Tax (GST) may be applicable and added to the base price of our paid online and offline courses, physical books, and premium services. The final price, inclusive of all applicable taxes, will be clearly displayed before you finalize your payment.

4. Strict No-Refund and No-Cancellation Policy

KAMALDNP enforces a highly strict, non-negotiable No-Refund Policy. We invest heavily in our server infrastructure, curriculum design, expert instructors, and administrative operations. Due to the digital nature of our online courses—which grant you immediate access to proprietary knowledge, PDF books, and video lectures upon purchase—we cannot accept returns or issue refunds under any circumstances.

Crucial Notice: Once a payment has been successfully made for any paid course (whether online or offline), study material, or certification fee, there will be absolutely no refund provided. This applies even if you decide not to attend the classes, if you change your mind, if you lack the time to complete the course, or if you face personal internet connectivity issues. We strongly urge all students to thoroughly review the course syllabus, watch available free preview videos, and ensure they are making the right choice before committing to a purchase. All transactions are final.

5. Platform's Absolute Right to Terminate or Modify Courses

While we strive to provide uninterrupted educational services, KAMALDNP reserves the absolute right to modify, suspend, or completely stop any online or offline course, at any time, at our sole discretion, without prior notice or liability. There may be instances where an instructor becomes unavailable, curriculum needs emergency updating, or operational constraints force us to pause a batch.
Rule: KAMALDNP can stop any course whenever it deems necessary. In such rare events, we will attempt to provide alternative learning materials or shift students to a different batch, but the organization holds the final authority over the lifecycle of every course listed on the platform.

6. Zero-Tolerance Code of Conduct and Anti-Harassment Policy

KAMALDNP provides a safe, respectful, and inclusive learning environment for everyone. We have a Zero-Tolerance Policy against any form of bullying, harassment, disrespect, or abusive behavior in our online chat rooms, live video classes, offline classrooms, and community forums. This rule applies equally to interactions between students, and interactions between students and teachers/staff.

Prohibited Behavior: If any student is caught misbehaving during an online or offline class, or if a student uses abusive language, slurs, or any inappropriate words (any alleged abuse or offensive words) towards a teacher, a female student (girls), a male student (boys), or any staff member, immediate and severe action will be taken.

Consequences of Misconduct:

  1. Permanent Ban: The offending student's KAMALDNP account will be permanently banned and disabled immediately. They will lose access to all purchased courses, PDFs, and certificates instantly. No refunds will be issued for banned accounts.
  2. Legal Action: We do not take harassment lightly. If a student crosses legal boundaries by issuing threats, severe abuses, or engaging in cyber-harassment, KAMALDNP will initiate strict legal action against the individual under the relevant sections of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) and the Information Technology Act.

7. Legal Jurisdiction (Varanasi Court)

This User Agreement and all Terms and Conditions mentioned herein are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. In the event of any severe misconduct, harassment (as mentioned in Section 6), payment fraud, intellectual property theft, or any other legal dispute arising from the use of www.kamaldnp.com, the matter will be strictly subjected to the exclusive jurisdiction of the legal courts located in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh, India (will be brought to the Varanasi Court). By using this platform, you explicitly consent to the personal jurisdiction of the Varanasi courts for the resolution of any legal proceedings.

8. AI Prediction System Disclaimer: 'Just for Fun'

KAMALDNP offers an innovative AI-based Prediction and Career Guidance System. This system generates reports based on user inputs regarding topics such as:

CRITICAL DISCLAIMER: The results generated by the prediction system are strictly a possibility and meant solely for entertainment and self-reflection purposes (it is just a possibility for fun).
Users must understand that no AI, algorithm, or human can accurately predict the future, especially regarding sensitive topics like marriage or exact career success. You must NOT take these predictions to heart (no one should take it to heart), and you must NOT consider the AI's output as the absolute truth or professional advice (should not consider it true). KAMALDNP takes no responsibility for any life, financial, or personal relationship decisions you make based on the outputs of our prediction tool.

9. Data Security and Privacy Guarantee

As detailed extensively in our Privacy Policy, your data is highly secure with KAMALDNP. We understand the sensitivity of student data and take rigorous steps to protect it.
Password Encryption: KAMALDNP strictly ensures that every student's data is safe. Your account passwords are heavily encrypted using advanced hashing algorithms before being stored in our database. Because of this high-level encryption, absolutely no one—not even the database administrators, the founders, or the IT staff at KAMALDNP—can see, read, or access your actual password (your password is encrypted so no one can see it). We do not share or sell your contact numbers, email addresses, or academic records to third-party marketing companies.

10. Intellectual Property Rights

All content provided by KAMALDNP, including but not limited to pre-recorded video lectures, live class recordings, PDF books, source code examples, graphics, website layout, and prediction algorithms, are the exclusive intellectual property of KAMALDNP and its Founders. You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable license to view and download (where explicitly permitted) the materials for your own personal educational use.

To purchase courses or access the platform, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately at support@kamaldnp.com if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account. Account sharing is strictly forbidden. If our systems detect that multiple people are using the same student account from different IP addresses simultaneously, the account will be automatically suspended pending an investigation.

13. Limitation of Liability and Indemnification

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, KAMALDNP, its Founders (Raj Kamal and Er. Abhay Raj Maurya), employees, and instructors shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

  1. Your access to, use of, or inability to access or use the services.
  2. Any conduct or content of any third party on the platform.
  3. Any bugs, viruses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our services.
  4. The reliance on any output generated by the AI Prediction System.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless KAMALDNP against any claims, lawsuits, or damages arising out of your breach of these Terms and Conditions or your misconduct during offline/online classes.

14. Modifications to Terms and Conditions

KAMALDNP reserves the right to review, update, and modify these Terms and Conditions at any given time to reflect changes in our operational procedures, legal requirements, or new features. When we make updates, the 'Last Updated' date at the top/bottom of this page will change. It is the responsibility of the student/user to periodically check this page. Continued use of www.kamaldnp.com implies acceptance of the newly modified terms.
