All courses, materials, resources, and services provided by KAMALDNP are 100% digital. We do not sell or ship any physical products, such as books, DVDs, or printed materials. All content is delivered electronically through our online platform.


2. Delivery Process

2.1. Immediate Access

Upon successful completion of your enrollment and payment verification, you will receive immediate access to the course content. Access is granted automatically by our system.

2.2. Access via Student Dashboard

You can access all your enrolled courses and their associated materials by logging into your personal student dashboard on our website. Your dashboard is your central hub for all learning activities, including viewing video lectures, downloading resources, and accessing support groups.

2.3. Delivery Confirmation Email

After your payment is successfully processed, you will receive a confirmation email at the email address you provided during enrollment. This email will serve as your receipt and will include:

  • Confirmation of your enrollment.
  • The name of the course you have purchased.
  • A link to log in to your student dashboard.

This email is the official confirmation of the "delivery" of our digital service.


3. What to Do If You Don't Receive Access

If you do not receive a confirmation email or are unable to access your course on the dashboard within one hour of your successful payment, please take the following steps:

  1. Check Your Spam/Junk Folder: Sometimes, automated emails can be mistakenly filtered. Please check your spam or junk mail folder first.
  2. Verify Your Email Address: Ensure that you entered the correct email address during the enrollment process.
  3. Contact Support: If you have checked the above and still cannot access your course, please contact our support team immediately at support@kamaldnp.com. Provide your full name, the course you enrolled in, and the transaction ID from your payment, and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

4. No Shipping Charges

Since all of our products are delivered digitally, there are no shipping charges or delivery fees associated with any of our courses. The price you see for the course is the final price you will pay.
