BTEUP Admit Card 2026: How to Download the Odd Semester Hall Ticket (1st, 3rd, 5th Sem)
The BTEUP admit card (hall ticket) for the odd semester examinations 2026-27 — 1st, 3rd and 5th semester — is expected to be released online between 1 and 5 November 2026. It has not been released yet (checked 28 October 2026). This guide explains, step by step, how to download it from the board's website the day it comes out, what to check on it, and what to carry to the examination centre.
When Will the Admit Card Come?
Education portals tracking the board expect the admit card between 1 and 5 November 2026, about a week before the examinations begin. The board releases it online only — there is no admit card sent by post. The practical examinations are expected in November 2026 and the theory papers in December 2026, so the admit card should arrive in the first week of November. If the date changes, this page will be updated.
How to Download the Admit Card — Step by Step
Step 1. Open the board's official website, bteup.ac.in, on your phone or computer. Step 2. Find the student login — the ESeva student portal (look for "Student Login" or "ESeva" on the home page). Step 3. Log in with your credentials — your enrolment/roll number and password, the same login you use for the student portal. Step 4. On your dashboard, find the link for the odd semester admit card 2026-27 (it may be labelled "Admit Card", "Hall Ticket" or "Download Admit Card"). Step 5. Your admit card opens as a PDF — check every detail on it (see the checklist below), then download it and take a clear printout. Keep the PDF saved on your phone as well, as a backup — but remember the examination centre asks for the printed copy.
If the website does not open: bteup.ac.in is often slow or unreachable when the admit card is released, because lakhs of students try at once. Do not panic — try again after some time, or early in the morning when the load is lower. Do not pay anyone who promises to download the admit card for you; it is free, and only you (or your institute) should log in with your credentials.
Check These Details on Your Admit Card
As soon as you download the card, check: your name (spelling, exactly as in your records), your roll number / enrolment number, your course and branch, your semester (1st, 3rd or 5th), the subject names and codes for every paper you are appearing in, the examination centre name and address, and the date and time of each paper. If any detail is wrong — a wrong subject, a misspelt name, a wrong centre — inform your institute immediately and get it corrected before the examination. Do not wait until the exam day.
What to Carry to the Examination Centre
Carry three things: (1) a printed copy of the admit card; (2) your college identity card; (3) one valid photo identity proof — Aadhaar card, Voter ID, PAN card, Driving Licence or College ID. Without the admit card, you will not be allowed to sit for the paper. Reach the centre well before the reporting time printed on the card, and carry only what the centre allows — check the instructions printed on the admit card itself.
