BTEUP Odd Semester Result 2026-27 (1st, 3rd, 5th Sem): Expected Date, How to Check, Marksheet & Rechecking
The BTEUP odd semester result for session 2026-27 — 1st, 3rd and 5th semester of the Diploma in Engineering — will be declared online after the November–December 2026 examinations. This page brings together everything a student needs about the result: the expected timeline, how the board declares results, how to check yours the day it comes out, what the marksheet shows, what to do if your result is not found, and how rechecking works. Read the honest note first: the result has not been declared yet, and BTEUP has not announced any result date (checked 29 October 2026; the examinations themselves are still to be held). Every date below is therefore marked expected, based on how the board's last result cycle actually ran. This page will be updated the moment the board declares the result.

Important: What Is Confirmed and What Is Not
Confirmed: BTEUP declares its results online only, on the board's official website bteup.ac.in. The result is checked with the student's enrolment number and date of birth. The marksheet you download online is provisional — the original marksheet is issued later through your institute. In the previous odd semester cycle, the examinations were held in November–December 2025 and the result was declared in mid-January 2026. Not confirmed: no result date for session 2026-27 has been announced by the board, and none can be confirmed until BTEUP publishes its own notice. Any website or video promising an exact result date today is guessing — treat the timeline below as a planning guide, not a promise.
Expected Result Timeline — Odd Semester 2026-27
| Event | Expected Date | Status |
|---|---|---|
| Practical examinations | November 2026 | Expected |
| Theory examinations | November–December 2026 | Expected |
| Result declaration | January 2027 | Expected — based on the previous cycle |
| Scrutiny / re-evaluation applications | Within a few days of the result | Expected — based on the previous cycle |
| Rechecking result | Some weeks after applications close | Expected |
Why January? In the last odd semester cycle, the examinations ended in December 2025 and the board declared the result on 14–15 January 2026 — roughly five weeks later, after the answer sheets were evaluated and the result was approved. If this session follows the same pattern, the 2026-27 odd semester result should arrive in January 2027. The board does not follow a fixed calendar, though, and the date can shift — keep checking bteup.ac.in and this page.
How the Result Is Declared
The result is published online only — there is no result by post and no printed list sent to students. On result day, the board activates result links on bteup.ac.in in the Result section: a main link for the regular odd semester examination and separate links for the special back paper examinations. Institutes are also informed, so your institute's notice board and office will know once the result is out. One more thing students should know: in past cycles the board has withheld the results of students against whom unfair-means (UFM) cases were reported during the examination; those results are decided separately by the board after the case is reviewed, and they do not appear with the main result.
How to Check Your Result — In Short
Step 1. Open bteup.ac.in. Step 2. Go to the Result section and open the odd semester result link for your examination. Step 3. Enter your enrolment number and date of birth. Step 4. Click Search — your result and marksheet open on screen. Step 5. Download the PDF and take a printout. The full guide — with the marksheet download, the details to verify, fixes for common problems, and the complete rechecking process — is in our separate post: How to Check BTEUP Result Online & Download the Marksheet.
Details You Will Need
Keep two things ready before result day: your enrolment number (printed on your admit card and known to your institute) and your date of birth, in the same format as your board records. Nothing else is needed — checking the result is free, and the board never asks for any payment, password or OTP to show a result. If a website asks for money to show your result, it is not the board's website — close it and go to bteup.ac.in directly.
What the Marksheet Shows
The online marksheet shows your name, enrolment / roll number, course and branch, semester, and for every subject its code, name, maximum marks and the marks you obtained, followed by the total marks, the result status (Pass / Fail) and the result date. Check every line as soon as you download it — if your name, a subject or a mark looks wrong, inform your institute immediately. Remember that this online marksheet is provisional; the original marksheet is distributed later through your institute, and that is the document used for official purposes.
If Your Result Is Not Found or Is Withheld
Do not panic — on result day this is common, and it usually has a simple reason. First, re-enter your enrolment number and date of birth carefully; a single wrong digit is the most common cause. Second, wait and retry: the website is very slow on result day, and results can appear in phases. Third, if friends from your institute can see their results and yours still does not appear after a day, contact your institute — it can confirm your status with the board. Fourth, if your result is withheld because of an unfair-means (UFM) case, it will not appear with the main result; such cases are decided separately by the board, and your institute is the right channel to follow it up. Never pay any agent who promises to "release" or "fix" your result — no one can do that.
Not Happy With Your Marks? — Scrutiny & Re-evaluation
After the result, the board opens a short window in which you can apply for scrutiny (a re-check for un-evaluated answers and totalling mistakes) or re-evaluation (a fresh assessment of the whole answer sheet). In the most recent cycle the fee was ₹60 per paper for scrutiny and ₹500 per paper for re-evaluation, applied online at bteup.ac.in — and the window stayed open for only a few days, so students had to apply immediately. The fees and dates for this session will be confirmed in the board's own notice after the result. The complete step-by-step rechecking guide is in our post: How to Check BTEUP Result Online & Download the Marksheet — Scrutiny & Re-evaluation.
Frequently Asked Questions
When will the BTEUP odd semester result 2026-27 be declared?
It has not been declared yet, and the board has announced no date. Based on the previous cycle — examinations in November–December, result in mid-January — the result is expected in January 2027.
Where can I check my result?
Only on the board's official website, bteup.ac.in, in the Result section. Checking the result is free — do not pay any website or agent for it.
What details do I need to check the result?
Your enrolment number and your date of birth. Both are on your admit card and in your institute's records.
Is the online marksheet the final marksheet?
No. The online marksheet is provisional. The original marksheet is issued later through your institute — keep the printed online copy safe until then.
My result is not showing. What should I do?
Re-check your enrolment number and date of birth, wait and retry (the site is slow on result day), and if it still does not appear, contact your institute. Withheld results, such as unfair-means cases, are decided separately by the board.
Can I get my answer sheet rechecked?
Yes. After the result, the board opens scrutiny and re-evaluation applications online for a few days only. The full process and the most recent fees are explained in our marksheet and rechecking guide, linked above.
