Every day, thousands of BTEUP students ask the same question: "Date sheet kab aayega?" If you are in the 1st, 3rd or 5th semester of a UP Polytechnic diploma, this page is your daily answer — what has come, what has not come, and what to do while you wait. No rumours, no fake dates.
📌 Status — last checked: 31 October 2026. The official BTEUP date sheet for the odd semester 2026-27 has NOT been released yet. The admit card download link is also not live yet — it is EXPECTED between 1 and 5 November 2026 through the ESeva Student Login. This page will be updated the day the official date sheet or the admit-card link is out.
The Short Answer: Date Sheet Has Not Come Yet
As of 31 October 2026, the Board of Technical Education, Uttar Pradesh (BTEUP) has not published the subject-wise date sheet — the board calls it the Exam Scheme — for the odd semester examinations 2026-27 on its official website, bteup.ac.in. If any website, video or PDF today shows you a full subject-wise table for this session, it is not official. Read the fake date sheet section below before you believe or forward it.
What has finished is the first step: the exam form window closed on 31 October 2026 at midnight, and institutes are forwarding the filled forms to the board up to 2 November 2026. If you filled your form, your side of the work is done — now the board's side begins: first the date sheet, then your admit card. (Not sure your form was forwarded? Read our BTEUP Exam Registration (Exam Form) Guide and contact your institute at once.)
Expected Timeline — What Happens Next
Only two things in this table are official and finished. Everything else is EXPECTED — based on the board's pattern in past cycles and consistent third-party reporting. We label it honestly so you can plan without being misled.
| Event | Status | When |
|---|---|---|
| Exam form submission (students) | Closed (official) | 24 – 31 Oct 2026 |
| Institutes forward forms to the board | In progress | Up to 2 Nov 2026 |
| Date sheet (Exam Scheme) on bteup.ac.in | Not released yet | No official date announced |
| Admit card download (ESeva Student Login only) | Not started | EXPECTED 1 – 5 Nov 2026 |
| Practical examinations | — | EXPECTED November 2026 |
| Theory examinations (1st, 3rd, 5th semester) | — | EXPECTED December 2026 |
Where the Date Sheet Will Appear
When the board is ready, the date sheet will appear in these places — and only a copy from one of these places should be trusted:
- bteup.ac.in — the board's official website. The Exam Scheme PDF is uploaded here, usually a few weeks before the examinations begin.
- Your institute's notice board and exam cell — institutes receive the same scheme and display it. Your teachers work from this copy.
- This page — we will add the full update here the day the official PDF is out.
In past cycles the order has been the same: first the Exam Scheme, then the admit card link opens in the student login, normally one to two weeks before the first paper. That is why the admit card is expected in early November while the theory papers are expected in December.
Beware: Fake and Old Date Sheets Are Already Circulating
This happens every session, and it has already started this year. Videos and forwarded PDFs are claiming the date sheet is "released" and are showing full subject-wise tables — while the board has released nothing. Some of these are last session's sheets with a new title; some are simply guesses. Before you trust or forward any date sheet, check these five things:
- Is the same PDF on bteup.ac.in? If the board has not uploaded it, it is not official — whatever the video title says.
- Read the session printed on the sheet. An old sheet will say 2025-26 or another session. This session is 2026-27, odd semester.
- Check the semester. Circulating sheets often belong to the even semester (2nd, 4th, 6th). Yours must be 1st, 3rd or 5th.
- Ask your institute. If the exam cell has not received it, the sheet you saw is not the real one.
- Never plan travel or revision on a forwarded PDF. Plan only from the official sheet or from your admit card, which prints your own paper dates.
Our promise: we do not publish guessed subject-wise dates — here or anywhere on this site. The day BTEUP uploads the real Exam Scheme, this page will carry the update at the top, with the official link.
Admit Card Update: Expected 1–5 November, Only on ESeva
Your admit card will not come by post, and it will not be handed out as a general download on any private website. BTEUP issues the odd-semester admit card only through the ESeva Student Login on bteup.ac.in. You log in with the enrolment details your institute has given you, and your personal admit card appears inside your own login. This is the board's fixed process, and our earlier guide explains it in full: BTEUP Admit Card 2026 — Odd Semester Download Guide.
One thing many first-semester students do not know: there is no public sign-up for ESeva. Your student login is created through your institute. If you have never logged in, or your login is not working, do not wait for the admit-card week — go to your institute now and get it sorted. Full details are in the BTEUP ESeva Student Registration & Login Guide. We are not repeating the full download steps here — the two guides above carry them; this post is your status, checklist and preparation plan.
The Day Your Admit Card Comes: Check These 7 Things
Download your admit card on the first day itself, take 2–3 printouts, and read every line slowly. Check:
- Your name — spelling must match your records exactly.
- Enrolment number — this is your identity in the exam hall; it must be yours and correct.
- Your photograph — it should be clearly yours, not blurred or someone else's.
- Your subjects — every paper of this semester must be listed, including any back papers you filled in the exam form. A missing subject is the most dangerous error — report it the same day.
- Exam centre — name and full address. Visit or locate it before the first paper if it is not your own institute.
- Paper dates and shift — the dates printed on your admit card are final for you; match them with the official date sheet.
- Signature — sign where asked, and get the institute's stamp or signature if your admit card has a space for it.
If Something Is Wrong on the Admit Card
Do not wait, and do not try to fix it on any private website — no one except the board can change your admit card, and the board takes corrections through your institute. Go to your institute's exam cell the same day with your admit card printout and your ID proof, explain the mistake clearly, and let the institute raise it with the board. Most errors reported in the first two or three days are corrected before the exams. Errors discovered in exam week may be too late. This is why downloading on day one matters more than downloading fast and keeping it in your phone.
December Exam Countdown: Use These Weeks Well
The theory exams are expected in December 2026. Counted from today, you have roughly four to five weeks — enough time to finish the syllabus once and revise it once, if you start now:
- Early November: finish the units still left in each subject. Practical exams are expected this month, so keep your practical files and viva preparation ready side by side.
- When the date sheet drops: the moment the official scheme is out, note your paper gaps. Subjects with fewer gap days get revised first — plan in that order, not in book order.
- Last two weeks: solve previous-year and model papers under exam timing. Our BTEUP Exam Preparation 2026-27 — Complete Guide brings together the notes, model papers and subject-wise material for this.
- Documents ready in advance: admit card printouts, a photo ID, and your institute ID card — keep them in one folder before the admit card rush begins.
Also check while you wait: if you applied for the UP Scholarship 2026-27 (Dashmottar covers diploma students too), see our guide on application status, the correction window and payment dates — do not miss the correction window while exams approach.
FAQs
Q. BTEUP date sheet 2026-27 kab aayega — when will it actually come?
There is no official date yet. The board usually uploads the Exam Scheme a few weeks before the examinations. With theory exams expected in December 2026, students should watch bteup.ac.in through November — and this page, which we update the same day.
Q. Has the admit card been released?
Not yet, as of 31 October 2026. It is expected between 1 and 5 November 2026, only inside the ESeva Student Login. Any site offering a direct "download by name" admit card is not the board's process.
Q. I have never used ESeva. Can I register myself?
No. The ESeva student login is created through your institute. Visit your institute, get your login working now, and do not wait for the admit-card week. Our ESeva guide (linked above) explains the full process.
Q. A video showed the full date sheet. Should I start revising in that order?
Not yet. Until the same sheet is on bteup.ac.in, treat it as unconfirmed — it may be last session's scheme. Revise subject-wise in your own order for now; fix the paper-wise order the day the official sheet arrives.
Q. My exam form — how do I know the institute forwarded it?
Ask at your institute's exam cell. Institutes forward forms up to 2 November 2026. If your form was not forwarded, your admit card will not be generated, so confirm this week itself.
Bookmark this page and check back — the official date sheet and admit-card updates will be added here first. Last checked: 31 October 2026.
