We are proudly operated from RAMA DIGITAL ELECTRONIC LAB (RAMA DEL), providing comprehensive computer/laptop hardware repair, website design, mobile apps, and digital marketing services.

Our dedicated support staff operates out of our RAMA DEL headquarters in Uttar Pradesh, India. Operating hours are Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

Answer: No. KAMALDNP enforces a strict 100% NO REFUND policy. Once you pay for an online course, offline class, or digital PDF, the transaction is final. We strongly advise watching the free demo videos before purchasing.
Q2: I was banned from the platform. Why, and how can I get my account back?
Answer: If your account was banned, you likely violated our Zero-Tolerance Policy by sharing your account, pirating content, or using abusive language towards a student or teacher. Account bans are permanent, no refunds are issued, and severe cases are escalated to the Varanasi Court. We do not unban accounts suspended for misconduct.
Q3: When will my physical book or printed certificate arrive?
Answer: Physical orders require 2-4 days of processing and an additional 5-7 business days for courier delivery across India. You will receive a tracking link on your registered email/WhatsApp once dispatched. Packages are shipped from our RAMA DEL headquarters in Varanasi.
Q4: Does RAMA DEL fix hardware issues for KAMALDNP students?
Answer: Yes! RAMA DIGITAL ELECTRONIC LAB is our parent operating company and provides complete computer/laptop hardware repair services. If you are a student facing hardware issues, you can bring your device to our Varanasi headquarters.
Q5: Is the AI Prediction System accurate for marriage and career timelines?
Answer: The AI Prediction System is merely a possibility and solely for fun. It is an algorithmic novelty. No one should take these predictions to heart or consider them as absolute truth. We hold no liability for decisions made based on this tool.
