  2. Revocation of Purchases: You will instantly lose access to all your paid online courses, downloaded PDF books, and digital certificates. As per Section 7, absolutely no refund will be issued for the courses you lose access to.
  3. Offline Eviction: If the incident occurs in an offline class, you will be physically evicted from the premises and banned from entering any KAMALDNP property.
  4. Severe Legal Action (Varanasi Court): We take the safety of our teachers and female/male students incredibly seriously. In cases of severe abuse, threats, or sexual harassment, KAMALDNP will not hesitate to file a formal police complaint (FIR) under the Indian Penal Code (IPC) and the IT Act. You will be dragged to the court of law, specifically the Varanasi Court (Varanasi Court me laya jayega), to face extreme legal consequences.

9. Delivery and Fulfillment of Physical Goods

For students opting to purchase physical textbooks, printed study notes, or physical, hard-copy Certificates of Completion, specific fulfillment rules apply.

You are solely responsible for providing a 100% accurate residential address, complete with the correct PIN code and an active WhatsApp mobile number (+91 8318013442 format is our standard for communication). KAMALDNP utilizes third-party courier services for nationwide delivery across India. Normal dispatch takes 2 to 4 business days, and delivery takes an additional 5 to 7 business days.

If a package is returned to us because you provided a wrong address or did not answer the courier's calls, we will not issue a refund. You will have to pay an extra shipping fee for re-delivery. If a physical book or certificate arrives severely damaged in transit, you must contact us within 48 hours with video proof to claim a free replacement. We do not offer cash refunds for damaged physical goods; we only offer replacements.

If a paid course is completely terminated halfway, the Founders will decide on a fair resolution (like transferring students to another batch), but you acknowledge that KAMALDNP holds the ultimate authority to pull the plug on any educational service without liability.

11. Intellectual Property and Anti-Piracy Mandate

Therefore, you explicitly agree that any legal dispute, controversy, claim of fraud, or lawsuit arising out of or relating to your use of KAMALDNP's services, the No-Refund Policy, or disciplinary account bans shall be instituted exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh, India (Varanasi Court me laya jayega).
