2. Digital Product Delivery (Instant Access)
The vast majority of the educational services provided by KAMALDNP are digital. This ensures that students can begin their learning journey immediately without waiting for courier dispatches.

When you purchase a paid online course (e.g., a complete Flutter or React development bootcamp), the delivery is entirely automated and instant. As soon as your payment is successfully verified by our secure payment gateway, the course modules, video lectures, and associated digital resources will be instantly unlocked and assigned to your KAMALDNP student dashboard. You can access these materials 24/7 by logging into your account.
2.2 Digital PDF Books and Source Code
If you purchase standalone digital study materials, such as PDF textbooks or downloadable project source codes, a secure download link will be provided to you immediately upon checkout completion. Additionally, a backup link will be sent to your registered email address.
2.3 AI Prediction System Results

The shipping of these tangible items involves third-party logistics and strict operational procedures.
3.1 Order Processing Time
Our administrative team works diligently to ensure that your physical orders are dispatched quickly.
- All orders for physical books and printed certificates are subject to a mandatory processing time of 2 to 4 business days.
- This processing period includes printing the materials (if applicable), quality checking the books, verifying certificate credentials, securely packaging the items, and generating the courier shipping labels.
- Orders placed on weekends (Saturday, Sunday) or official Indian public holidays will begin processing on the next available working day.
3.2 Standard Shipping Timelines

- Standard Delivery: Once the package is dispatched from our headquarters, standard delivery typically takes between 5 to 7 business days to reach most major cities and metropolitan areas in India.
- Remote Locations: For students residing in rural, remote, or geographically challenging areas, delivery may take up to 10 to 12 business days.
- Please note that these delivery timelines are estimates provided by our courier partners. We cannot guarantee an exact delivery date, as transit times can be affected by external factors beyond our control, such as severe weather conditions, regional lockdowns, strikes, or logistical disruptions.

Shipping and handling charges are calculated based on the weight of the physical items and the geographical distance to your delivery address. 4. User Responsibility: Accurate Shipping Information
To ensure a smooth delivery experience, the student bears the absolute responsibility of providing 100% accurate and complete shipping information during the checkout process.
You must provide:
- Your full legal name (as it should appear on the package or certificate).
- A complete postal address including House Number, Street Name, Landmark, Village/City, District, State, and the correct 6-digit PIN Code.
- An active mobile number, preferably registered on WhatsApp (e.g., +91 format), so the delivery agent can contact you upon arrival.
Failed Deliveries Due to User Error: If a package is returned to our facility by the courier company because the student provided an incorrect address, an invalid PIN code, a switched-off mobile number, or if the student was repeatedly unavailable to receive the package, KAMALDNP will not issue a refund. The student will be required to pay an additional shipping and handling fee to have the package re-dispatched to the correct address.
5. Order Tracking and Communication
Transparency during the shipping process is crucial. Once your physical order has been successfully processed and handed over to our courier partner, our system will automatically send a Dispatch Confirmation to your registered email address and your WhatsApp number (if opted in). This message will contain:
- The name of the courier company.
- Your unique Airway Bill (AWB) or Tracking Number.
- A direct URL link to the courier's website where you can track the real-time movement of your package.

6. Replacement Policy for Damaged Goods (Strictly No Refunds)
As clearly outlined in our primary Refund & Cancellation Policy, KAMALDNP enforces an absolute, non-negotiable No-Refund Policy. We do not offer financial refunds if you decide you no longer want the physical book or if it arrives later than expected.
However, we do understand that physical items can occasionally be damaged during transit by the courier company. We offer a strict Free Replacement Policy under the following conditions:
- Transit Damage: If you receive a physical book with torn pages, severe water damage, or a broken binding.
- Printing Errors: If you receive a physical certificate with a misprinted name (where the error was made by our staff, not due to an incorrect name provided by you during registration) or misprinted book pages.
How to Claim a Replacement: You must contact our support team via WhatsApp at +91 8318013442 or email us within 48 hours of the package being marked as 'Delivered' by the courier. You must attach clear photographs and a short video showing the unbroken original packaging and the exact damage to the item. Once our team verifies the transit damage, we will process and dispatch a fresh replacement copy to you at absolutely no extra charge. Claims made after 48 hours of delivery will be firmly rejected.
7. Cancellation of Physical Orders Prior to Dispatch
If you have mistakenly placed an order for a physical book and wish to cancel it, you must contact us immediately. Cancellations for physical goods are only permitted if the package has not yet been dispatched from our facility. Once the shipping label is generated and the package is handed over to the courier partner, the order cannot be canceled, and no refunds will be permitted. Even if canceled before dispatch, administrative charges may apply, and the refund process is strictly governed by our No-Refund policies unless authorized directly by the Founders.
8. Zero-Tolerance Policy During Offline Deliveries

If a student misbehaves, uses abusive language, or harasses a delivery agent, and this is reported back to us with proof, KAMALDNP reserves the right to take disciplinary action. As per our Zero-Tolerance Policy, inappropriate behavior (koi kathit gali ya asabd bolna) can lead to a permanent ban from the KAMALDNP platform. You will lose access to all your paid online courses, and no refunds will be granted.
9. Legal Jurisdiction and Disputes
KAMALDNP operates with high integrity. In the event of any severe dispute regarding the non-delivery of goods, allegations of fraud, or any legal grievance arising from this Shipping and Delivery Policy, the matter will be strictly subjected to the exclusive legal jurisdiction of the courts located in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh, India (Varanasi Court me laya jayega).
