Because we offer digital goods, instant access to proprietary educational content, and highly structured offline classroom environments, our financial policies are extremely strict. By registering an account, purchasing a paid course, ordering a physical/digital book, or enrolling in any offline batch at KAMALDNP, you explicitly acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to this comprehensive Refund and Cancellation Policy.

2. The Fundamental Rule: Strict No-Refund Policy

KAMALDNP enforces a strict, absolute, and non-negotiable NO-REFUND POLICY.

Once a student successfully completes a payment for any online course, offline class, PDF book, physical book, certification fee, or any premium service provided by KAMALDNP, the transaction is considered 100% final. We do not provide refunds, partial refunds, or credit notes under any circumstances whatsoever.

3. Digital Products and Instant Access Exemption

In accordance with global digital commerce standards, products that are purely digital in nature—such as downloadable PDF books, digital completion certificates, access to private video lecture libraries, and source code files (e.g., React, Flutter, Python project files)—are strictly exempt from any return or refund policies. The moment your payment is processed, our automated system instantly grants your account access to this proprietary intellectual property. Because this knowledge and digital data cannot be 'returned' once viewed or downloaded, issuing a refund is logically and operationally impossible.

4. Cancellation of Offline and Online Courses by the Student

If you have enrolled in an online or offline course at KAMALDNP and wish to cancel your enrollment, you are free to stop attending the offline classes or stop logging into the online LMS platform at any time. However, this voluntary withdrawal does not entitle you to any refund of the fees already paid.

For offline classroom programs, securing a seat requires administrative setup, space allocation, and resource planning. Therefore, if you drop out of an offline batch—whether on the first day, the middle of the semester, or the day before the final exam—no partial or full refund of the offline course fees will be sanctioned.

5. Course Modification, Suspension, or Termination by KAMALDNP

KAMALDNP reserves the absolute right to modify the curriculum, change the instructing teacher, alter the class timings, suspend, or completely terminate any online or offline course at our sole discretion, at any time, and without prior notice to the students.

In the rare event that KAMALDNP permanently cancels an entire course halfway through without providing the remaining lectures in either live or pre-recorded formats, the administration may (at its sole and absolute discretion) offer a proportional adjustment, access to an alternative course of equal value, or a resolution deemed fair by the founders. However, under standard operational circumstances, the cessation or modification of a course does not automatically trigger a right to a financial refund.

6. Zero-Tolerance Policy: Bans Due to Misconduct and Harassment

KAMALDNP is deeply committed to maintaining a disciplined, safe, and respectful educational environment. We enforce a Zero-Tolerance Policy against any inappropriate behavior, use of abusive language, slurs, threats, or harassment.

The Rule: If any student is found misbehaving in an online live class, a community chat, or an offline physical classroom; or if a student uses any offensive words, slurs, or abuses (koi kathit gali ya asabd) towards a teacher, staff member, female student (girls), or male student (boys), strict disciplinary and legal action will be taken immediately.

Financial Consequence of Misconduct:

  1. The offending student's account will be permanently banned and disabled.
  2. They will instantly lose access to all purchased online courses, PDF materials, and certificates.
  3. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED for the courses lost due to a disciplinary ban. You forfeit your payment the moment you violate our code of conduct.
Furthermore, as stipulated in our Terms and Conditions, such students will face strict legal action in the Varanasi Court.

7. Exception: Technical Double Deductions and Payment Gateway Failures

While our 'No Refund' policy is absolute for educational content, we do recognize that banking and technical server glitches can occur. The ONLY scenario in which a financial reversal will be considered is in the case of a verified technical error during the checkout process.

Upon verification by our payment gateway partners (which may take 5 to 7 business days), the duplicate amount will be reversed to the original payment method.

8. Physical Books, Merchandise, and Printed Certificates

KAMALDNP occasionally dispatches physical textbooks and hard copies of completion certificates to the student's registered address.

9. Taxation Rules (18% GST Applicability)

KAMALDNP strictly complies with the taxation laws set forth by the Government of India. Therefore, an 18% Goods and Services Tax (GST) is applicable to our paid courses, physical materials, and premium prediction services.
Crucial Note on Taxes: Even in the extraordinarily rare event that the KAMALDNP administration approves a special-case refund (such as a double deduction), the 18% GST amount is strictly non-refundable once it has been deposited with the government tax authorities. Any approved refunds will be calculated solely on the base price of the course.

10. Disclaimer Regarding the AI Prediction System

As clearly stated in our Prediction Policy and Terms & Conditions, this tool is purely for entertainment, self-reflection, and informational purposes (bs ek sambhavana hai fun ke liye hai).

If a student pays for premium access to this AI tool and is subsequently dissatisfied with the prediction results, disagrees with the AI's assessment of their career path, or finds the relationship/marriage timelines inaccurate, no refunds will be provided. The predictions are algorithmic estimates, not guaranteed facts, and users are explicitly warned not to take them seriously (ise koi bhi dil par nahi lega, aur ise sahi nahi samjhega). By using the paid prediction services, you waive any right to claim a refund based on dissatisfaction with the AI's output.

11. Legal Jurisdiction and Dispute Resolution

We will immediately submit the student's IP address, login logs, and video consumption history to the bank to contest the chargeback.

Furthermore, any legal disputes, grievances, or lawsuits arising out of this Refund and Cancellation Policy, including disputes over denied refunds or account bans, shall be subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of the legal courts situated in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh, India (Varanasi Court me laya jayega).
